FIXING THE HOSE ON THE GAS BLOCK AT THE BACK OF THE OVEN
A. Screw the hose on properly to ensure the correct connection so that the gas
does not escape.
Make sure the button
either in the « off position ».
Screw the hose tight.

CONNECTING THE REGULATOR TO THE GAS CYLINDER
Before connecting the gas cylinder,
the button must be in the « off
position ».
A. Remove the knob or cap from the
gas cylinder.
B. Approach the regulator.
Tighten the union nut by screwing it
down to secure it.
You can help yourself with pliers.
The union nut must be tightened
moderately but sufficiently to
guarantee the tightness of the
connection.
Make sure there are no gas leaks.
You can check this with a soapy water
solution or by using an aerosol gas leak
detector.
While turning the union nut, hold the
regulator. The regulator must never be
turned.
C. Once the hose and the regulator are
correctly fitted to the bottle, you can
switch on the gas supply by turning
the knob of the valve anti-clockwise.
Note: when you are done
to use Piana gas, or when you need
to change the cylinder, turn the valve
handwheel and the union nut in the
opposite direction.
