INTENDED USE
This rotary vane vacuum pump is used to create negative pressure in a closed container by pumping
gas out of the container. The pump is particularly suitable for repairing air conditioning systems (R12,
R22, R134a) and for vacuum packaging, gas analysis and hot plastic forming. When used on air
conditioning systems, the Pressure Gauge BGS 8425 is also required. A connecting hose is not
included in the scope of delivery.
FEATURES

The gas inlet is specially designed to prevent the oil from flowing back and thus preventing
contamination of the tank and hoses.

The tank has separators at the outlet port to reduce oil spillage and debris.

Motor and housing made of aluminum alloy ensures better heat dissipation and efficient operation
of the pump, even over a long period of time.

The electrical components and the pump as a whole are designed to make the product compact
and lighter.

The starter design makes starting easier, even at low temperatures, and enables higher efficiency
and faster pumping.
•
The use of an electromagnetic clutch between the motor and module ensures extremely quiet
and smooth operation.
