When refueling, the maximum authorized
load limits of firewood must respected (see
Chapter 2 - "Technical Data Sheet and Safety
Precautions).
If you notice that after placing the wood there is a
need to adjust the air regulator, you can temporarily
open the air inlet (pull the regulator towards the
user) and a few minutes later adjust it to the most
convenient position: more open generates more
power and also has a higher consumption of
firewood, in the opposite direction, when you reduce
the opening, you will achieve a reduction in
combustion and therefore, a lower consumption of
firewood.
3.4. USE OF THE STOVE
This is an intermittent combustion appliance. The
door should always be kept closed, opening it only
during refills, to avoid smoke leaks.
3.5. DOOR OPENING
You can use the tool provided to open the door by
inserting the tip of the tool into the hole in the door
handle. Pull the handle towards you and up to open
the door. Proceed in reverse to close it.
3.6. VENTILATION SYSTEM
If your appliance is equipped with a forced
ventilation system, the ventilation system is
adjusted using a 3-position switch located at the
bottom of the equipment, on the right side of the ash
drawer. To access the switch, open the appliance
door.

Possible adjustments are:
Position 0: Thermostat-activated fan start. The
ventilation system is activated when the stove
reaches 50ºC in the thermostat zone. If you wish,
you can always use this position, as the fan
switches on and off depending on the temperature.

Position 1: Manual fan start at speed 1 (standard).
Position 2: Manual fan start at speed 2 (maximum).
Speeds 1 and 2 are manual and if selected are
always activated until deactivated again (regardless
of whether the fire is on).
It is not possible to turn off the fan until the
temperature drops below 45ºC in the thermostat
area.
If you experience a prolonged power outage
during the period in which the appliance is in
operation, you must close the air intakes of your
stove (push the air regulator towards the appliance)
and let the fire go out naturally. Never put out the
fire with water!
3.7. HOT AIR FLOW FLAP
The stove is equipped with a mechanism that
enables to control the air flow. This permits to divert
the air from blowing to the front, to the upper outlets
of the appliance.
Fig. 7
The handle to control the air flow flap is located on
the upper right corner of the device.
3.8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Your appliance will need regular cleaning
and periodic maintenance to ensure the best
performance and safe operating conditions.
Ash - If you use the appliance daily, you may need
to clean (leak) the ash drawer on a daily or possibly
weekly basis (depending on the number of daily
hours of use). Ashes should be removed before
starting a new fire, when the fire is completely out
and there are no embers in the ashtray. If there are
embers, or the ash is not yet completely cold, it
should be poured into a metal container and never
into a household waste bucket (high risk of fire!).
If you know that you will not be using the appliance
for a few days or weeks, you should completely
remove the ash from the bottom of the appliance
and the ash drawer, to better preserve your
