Cabinet has odor
- Foods with strong odors should be tightly covered.
- Check for spoiled food.
- Interior may need cleaning.
- Keep an open box of baking soda in refrigerator. (Replace every 3 months.)
Ice making stops after working for a long period
- Ice sensor bar is locked in the turn-off position (Drawing 1). Press down
the sensor bar.
- Water supply is cut off.
- Low water pressure
- High temperature in the freezer compartment
Ice is melting
- No power
- The door of the freezer compartment is not closed properly.
Ice cubes stick in the ice compartment or block the ice tray
- Water may cause calcification in the ice compartment.
Use vinegar to
clean it.
- Temperature
in the freezer compartment is too low. Adjust the
thermostat.
Size variation in the ice cubes
- Melt water in the freezer compartment flows into the ice compartment.
Defrost the freezer.
- There is some residual water in the ice storage area.
- The refrigerator is not level. Adjust the legs.
