• Insert the cap into the lid and turn it to the right as far as it will go.
• Insert the container on the motor body, matching the teeth on the perimeter of the
base with the grooves on the edge of the motor body.
• Turn the container clockwise until it clicks into place.
• Insert the lid-cap assembly onto the top of the container, pressing it down firmly.
• Insert the electrical plug into a socket of suitable voltage and frequency-

appliance.

USING THE APPLIANCE
Connect the appliance to the power socket only for the time necessary for its operation.
Container filling and emptying must be carried out with the container removed from the
motor body and the power cable disconnected from the power socket.
To disassemble the container from the motor body, grasp it in the centre with one hand
and hold the motor body in place with the other; then rotate the container counter-
clockwise until the end of the rotation (approximately 1/10 of a turn), then lift it upwards
to separate the parts. Container assembly and disassembly must be carried out with the
lid fitted in order to avoid any overflowing in the event of clumsy handling.
To start rotation, press and hold the start button; the button can be held down until the
desired consistency is reached by the food being processed, however, without
exceeding 30 consecutive seconds. After one minute of operation, provide at least five
minutes' rest for the motor to return to its initial temperature.
At the end of this operation, disconnect the power cable, disassemble the appliance,
pour the processed food into a receptacle and perform adequate cleaning as described
in the following chapter, within a reasonably short time.
The appliance is equipped with a safety switch that stops rotation if the container is
removed during rotation; however, it is good practice to avoid stopping rotation by
removing the container.
The appliance is also equipped with a motor strain relief: in the event of an unexpected
rotation stop, unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet, then wait 30 minutes
before reconnecting the plug and starting rotation again. Please refer to chapter 7 below
should the rotation not resume after 30 minutes.
