TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
When handling particularly dense or hard foods, it is preferable to start the
rotation with intermittent activations of a few seconds so as to exploit the
motor's higher torque, which is maximum at start-up.
When instead handling particularly fluid foods, and in any case with liquids,
consider an increase in volume, even a considerable one, that can be caused by
the centrifugal force, which pushes the food towards the walls of the container.
Therefore, in these cases, insert a modest quantity of food.
Tilting or shaking the appliance during rotation in order to favour food stirring
is normally of no advantage in terms of better results; on the contrary, this
practice compromises the mechanical parts of the appliance, reducing its long-
term reliability.
During rotation it is possible to open the cap to add additional ingredients if the
preparation requires it: in these cases, pay particular attention to the
consistency of the food in the container in order to prevent any spillage from
the top in the case of very liquid foods.
The blade does not have a sufficiently sharp edge to crush ice: this is a rather
arduous operation from a mechanical point of view so, should the need arise,
we recommend the use of specific appliances, also available within our product
range.
Pay attention to the increased volume of whipping foods (e.g. cream) so that
they do not spill out of the container. It is also not uncommon for such foods
to also increase their density significantly, creating a gap at the blade rotation
area, rendering the appliance's operation ineffective.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance, or rather the replacement of consumable
parts or scheduled overhaul. As a rule, it is sufficient to clean the container, the lid and
the cap at regular intervals using common dish soap applied with a sponge and adequate
rinsing. All cleaning must absolutely be carried out with the power cord disconnected
and, before reconnecting, you must ensure that all parts are completely dry. Pay close
attention to the edge of the blade, which must be handled wearing oven gloves. The lid
seal can be removed very carefully, taking advantage of its modest elasticity, in order to
achieve better cleaning of the area; it is imperative that the seal is put back in place
before further use.
In any case, avoid aggressive detergents, abrasive sponges, iron wool or other chemical
detergents: accumulations of food matter on the blade can be softened by briefly
