The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or packaging means
that the product should be collected separately from other types of urban waste
at the end of its useful life.
Any user who is going to dispose of this tool can:
• deliver to an appropriate collection facility for electronic or electrotechnical equipment
• return it to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent item of equipment;
• in case of a product for professional use only, contact the manufacturer which will arrange for the
product to be properly disposed of.
Proper disposal of this product allows the raw materials contained in it to be reused and prevents damage
to the environment or human health.
Illegal disposal of this product is a violation of the provision concerning the disposal of hazardous waste
and will give way to the application of such fines as provided for under current regulations.
WARRANTY
• This appliance is guaranteed for 24 months (with receipt) or 12 months (with invoice)
from the date of purchase. In both cases, proof of the date of purchase must be provided
by presenting the relative document.
Failing a valid fiscal document, the right of warranty cannot be exercised. In the event
of a defect, the complaint must be made in writing within two months from finding the
defect attaching the warranty certificate filled in at the time of purchase bearing the
stamp and signature of the point of sale.
The warranty covers free repair or replacement at our facility.
The warranty is not applicable if the appliance has been damaged caused by improper
use.
Excluded from the warranty are parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as: wheels,
handles, hinges, accessories, paper filter bags, air filter elements, post-filters, etc.
Any services provided under warranty do not extend or renew its validity.
Any disputes that may arise shall be settled by the competent court of the place of domicile
