1. General information
•
Temperature range for working use: -20°C to +40°C.
•
The electric wheelbarrow may only be operated by instructed skilled personnel.
•
The ignition key must be kept in a safe place and out of reach of unauthorised persons.
•
Never leave the electric wheelbarrow unattended with the ignition switched on.
•
Keep the electric wheelbarrow safe from misuse by children, young people and unauthorised persons.
•
It is intended for use on private property and may only be used outside this with the appropriate
permission and with adequate safety precautions for public transport.
•
The electric wheelbarrow may only be used with the accessories offered by the manufacturer.
•
When parking on a slope, additionally secure the electric wheelbarrow from rolling away with chocks on
the wheels.
•
Always drive in the direction of travel upwards or downwards from 5° incline. There is a risk of tipping
over when driving sideways to the slope and on a gradient of 5° or more.
•
Always drive with one hand on the electric brake to be able to react immediately in case of danger.
•
Check the function regularly.
•
When driving on a slope without a differential lock, there is a risk of rolling away as soon as one wheel
is not in contact with the ground.
•
The electronic components of the electric wheelbarrow are protected against splash water and light rain
during work. Never clean the electric wheelbarrow with a jet of water. Moisture damage can occur to the
motor and electrics if they are directly exposed to water.
2. instructions for using the electric wheelbarrow with other accessories
Irrigation unit / tank
•
When setting up an irrigation unit, drive sideways to the slope at max. 2°. There is a danger of tipping
over.
•
From a slope of 2°, always drive up or down in the direction of travel.
Ride-on unit
•
Only use the ride-on unit on firm ground.
•
The max. load is 100kg.
3. Approved use and usage restrictions
The electric wheelbarrows Donkey XL and Donkey XL-H are electrically driven wheelbarrows for transporting
loads.
All loads must be secured during transport or, in the case of bulk goods, the maximum load volume and
weight of the trough must not be exceeded.
When driving up
When driving uphill, downhill or sideways to a slope, the speed and the loaded weight must be adjusted
accordingly to prevent the electric wheelbarrow from tipping forwards or sideways.
