OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Make sure to insert the paddle straight into the chuck jaws. Do not insert the paddle into the
chuck jaws at an angle then tighten. This could cause the paddle to be thrown from the mixer,
resulting in possible serious personal injury or damage to the chuck.
• Insert the paddle.
• Tighten the chuck jaws securely on the paddle, using the chuck key provided.
• Remove the chuck key.
To remove paddle:
• Unplug the mixer.
• Loosen the chuck jaws using the chuck key provided.
• Remove the paddle.
• Remove the chuck key.
WARNING
• The mixer should keep running for a while after the machine has been turned off.
• If the mixing paddle (E) touches a surface it could cause it to rebound.
• Start the tool by pressing the switch trigger (A) lightly to achieve maximum speed only after
the mixing paddle (E) has been introduced into the mixture.
2. Switch Trigger(Fig 3)
• Pressing the switch trigger (A) the tool is
brought into operation and it stops when this
is relived.
• Pressing the switch trigger (A) and depress-
ing Lock-on button (B) and permanent run is
achieved.
By subsequently pressing and relieving of
the switch trigger (A) the permanent run
isinterrupted.
3. Speed Control(Fig 4)
This tool has a shift knob for 2 speed (G)
which enables you to work at high or low
speeds. The shift knob for 2 speed (G)
position should only be changed when the
unit is stopped, in order to prevent the shift
from being damaged.
• With the tool turned off, turn the shift knob for
2 speed (G) up or down to change the speed.
1: 0-520 RPM
II: 0-800 RPM
NOTE: If the shift knob for 2 speed (G)
is not pushed in place, turn the shaft of
paddle (E) slightly and push again.
• Turn on the trigger switch (A) first, then
turn the variable speed wheel (C) to
achieve desired speed.
