FAN button
High/low fan speed: Touch the button once to switch, then the corresponding indicator lights up.
In continuous drying mode and during the defrost phase, the fan speed cannot be changed.
Lock indicator
Long press the LOCK button to switch the child lock function on or off.
Alarm when water tank is full
Water tank indicator: Once the tank is full, the alarm is triggered after 5 seconds. The water tank
indicator lights up red and the unit buzzes 5 times.
Exit alarm: Touch any button to stop the alarm. The compressor and the fan switch off and all
functions remain until the tank is emptied and returned to the correct position.
4.3.3 CONTROL VIA SMART LIFE APP
The "Smart Life" app is available for Android and iOS.
Scan the corresponding QR code to go directly to the download page.
Information on the use of the app
This app allows you to operate the unit via your home network. A permanent WiFi connection to
your router and the free Smart Life app are required.
1. Install the Smart Life App and create a user account.
2. Activate the Wi-Fi function in your unit's settings.
3. Place the unit about 5 metres away from your router.
4. As long as the power supply is switched on, the WiFi indicator flashes. After 3 minutes, the
status is cancelled if there is no network configuration and the indicator light is off. If you need
to restore the WiFi connection, press the TIMER button for 5 seconds to start the network
configuration. The WiFi indicator then flashes again.
WiFi is connected
Method 1 (Connected via Bluetooth):
Open the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone or another unit. When the Wi-Fi indicator
blinks, open the "Smart Life" APP; the unit is automatically connected via Bluetooth.
Method 2:
When the WiFi indicator flashes, select "Add unit" / "Small Home Appliances" / "Dehumidifier" and
then follow the instructions on the display.
Check the status of the WiFi indicator and select the correct status.
If the WiFi indicator flashes quickly, a direct connection can be established.
If the WiFi indicator flashes slowly, press "Go to Connect" to connect the WiFi to the "SmartLife-
XXXX" name.
Note:
As soon as the unit has been successfully connected, the Wi-Fi lamp illuminates. Now you can use
the unit via the app. Press and hold the timer button for approx. 5 seconds; the unit powers off
