MAINTENANCE OF JACKS
Oil level.
Important:
When adding or replacing oil, always use good quality oil
for hydraulic jacks. Avoid mixing different types of oil. Do
not use brake fluid, alcohol, glycerin, detergent motor oil
or contaminated oil. Failure of oil's using could seriously
damage to the jacks' internal
Addiction:
load the piston and the jack down on flat ground, remove the
filler cap. Add oil if the level has been more than 12.7mm (1/2
") below the gap.
Replace:
you must replace the oil at least once a year. To drain,
remove the cap and release valve, be careful not to allow dirt
to pollute the system.

AVANT D'UTILISER
Pendant le transport ou la manipulation, le système de
vérin hydraulique peau piéger de l'air et provoquer un
dysfonctionnement de celui-ci.
Pour libérer l'air du système hydraulique:
• Tournez la poignée de vanne de presse dans le sens
horaire, pas plus de deux tours.
CAUSE
• Air in the hydraulic system

Lubrication:
put grease on the base gasket, and grease the spindle lift
lever with oil at least once every three months.
Rust prevention:
clean and dry with an oily cloth piston of the cylinder and
piston pump every three months or when the rust or
corrosion appears. When you do not need to use the jack,
always leave the mount and the pump piston fully into
position down.
IMPORTANT:
• Not exceed the tolerance of the jack
• Never move the jack while it is loading.
• Sometimes during shipping and maneuvered, can trap air
in the hydraulic system, causing failures or difficulties
with elevation.
REMEDY
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system.
• Transfer the load and clean valve.
• Close tightly release valve.
• Fill the recommended range.
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system.

• Change oil. Use good quality oil for hydraulic
jacks.
• Close the valve tightly.
• Decrease the weight or find a jack with major
capacity.
• Tighten right turns.
• Fill the recommended range.
