3. Safety instructions

Read the instructions carefully
before using the mattress.
Examine the AirMassage & Hotspot
mattress frequently for signs of
wear of damage. If there are such
signs of if the appliance has been
misused, return it to the supplier
prior to any further use.
Damaged power supply leads
should be replaced solely by the
manufacturer, its service division or
a similarly qualified person, with a
view to preventing any hazard.
The AirMassage & Hotspot mattress
can only be used in combination
with an Auping Royal mesh base
with all
assembled correctly and for the
right purposes.
Check that the input voltage
indicated on the transformer is the
same as the mains voltage in the
house.

Make sure that the cables cannot
become trapped.

Plug Box (optional) or somewhere
with sufficient
ventilation. These parts release
heat and must therefore not be
covered and must not be placed
near devices that give off heat.
Disconnect the bed from the power
supply before cleaning. Pull the
plug out of the socket.
Do not switch on the AirMassage &
Hotspot when the lead, transformer
or the mattress is damaged. Have
the faulty parts replaced by the
manufacturer.
The AirMassage
mattress is not intended for
medical use in hospitals.
When the AirMassage & Hotspot
are switched on, do not cover the
mattress with, for example, another
mattress or a load of laundry.
Do not use the mattress when
folded double, do not store the
mattress in a folded position.
