There are two display formats used in the Telephone Directory, Memo Mode,
Schedule Keeper and Reminder Made: a data display format and an index
display format. The data display shows all of the data entries contained in a data
item, while an index display abbreviates each data item into one or two lines. The
index display makes it possible to quickly scroll through data items to find the one
that you want.
