HOPPER ASSEMBLY
Instructions for the assembly of the filling
hopper:
The machine and screws and supplied in
a bag.
The four screws provided for hopper
assembly are of safety type, on
tightening the screws the hexagonal
head is detached and a hemispherical
head remains. These four screws are
necessary to firmly attach the filling
hopper to the machine.
IMPORTANT: Only the screws provided are to be used for the
assembly of the filling hopper
STARTING UP
The appliance is to be started up only providing that it is perfectly assembled in
accordance with the instructions contained in the present manual.
Only use the shredder providing you have sufficient space to ensure freedom and ease
of movement.
Before switching on the appliance, always ensure that it is not damaged and that it
securely rests on a flat and solid surface. Also ensure that all the screws are firmly
tightened. This point is particularly important as concerns the supporting screws of the
hopper and the cutters.
W A R N I N G: The shredders are not suited to the shredding of
stones, debris, glass, plastic, metal or branches of a greater diameter
than that specified in the machine technical card
Note: In order to prevent any possible clogging inside the device, it is advisable to
clean the appliance of any previous residue before inserting the material for shredding.
