2.2. Product usage
Before using the product for the first time
• Remove all packaging elements (plastic, cardboard, etc.) wrapped
around the appliance. Make sure it is complete and check for any
traces of damage;
• Clean the grill (see the Maintenance section).
• It is advisable to heat the appliance for 10 minutes without placing
any food to remove any grease or fat, and to remove that new
appliance smell.
• Important: ventilate the room during this operation.
Use
• Keep the room where you will put the appliance well ventilated;
• Place water inside the tray below the heating element (maximum 0.8
L) and plug the appliance in. Preheat the heating element for about
5 minutes in order to reach the ideal cooking temperature. Place the
food on the grill rack. Please be aware that the water placed on the
tray progressively evaporates, so it is advisable to monitor its level
and add more water whenever needed. The cooking time depends
on the type of food and your personal taste;
• If you use the appliance to its full capacity, you will need to remove
all fat accumulated on the tray;
• After use, unplug the appliance from the mains.
