SCALPING
- The scalping technique
removes unwanted

trimmer head a bout 3 in.(8cm) a bove
the ground and atanangle. Allow the

around trees, posts, monuments,
etc.
This technique
increases
line wear.

- Your trimmer isideal for
mowing inplaces conventional
lawn
mowers cannot reach. Inthe mowing
position, keep t he line parallel tothe
ground. Avoid p ressing the head i nto
the ground as this can scalp t he
ground and damage the tool.
