FAILURE REMOVAL
Failures
Engine does not start
garden waste is not collected
device does not shred satisfactorily
Causes
No power supply.
overload protection has responded
housing cover is not closed properly
shredded material is too soft
device is blocked
shredded material in ejection chute
blades are worn out

Removal
Check the socket outlet, cable, line
and plug, and carry out repairs by a
qualified electrician if necessary
wait until motor has cooled down,
press reset switch and switch on
again
Screw down the housing lock
work with a pusher or dry twigs/
branches for shredding
clear the blockage, see picture
description
remove shredded material from the
ejection chute
check the blades and, if necessary,
reverse or replace them
