The KMINA PRO SELF-PROPELLED CHAIR is designed to facilitate the daily hygiene of people with mobility problems and to make this
task as easy as possible for both the user and the caregiver. The chair can be used in combination with the toilet and in the shower, and can
be steered by a patient with sufficient autonomy thanks to its self-propelled wheels, or pushed by the caregiver. Keep these instructions for
future reference. This chair is in compliance with EU Regulation 2017/745 concerning medical devices.

ASSEMBLY
1.Actuate the locking brake as shown in Figure 1 by pressing the lever downwards. This prevents the frame from moving during assembly. To
release the brake, push the lever upwards.
2. Insert the iron into the central hole of the wheel and place it on the frame by pressing the iron button in order to fit the wheel completely, as
in Figure 2. Make sure that the driving rim is facing outwards.
3. Place the brakes of the self-propelled wheels by inserting them into the central structure at a distance of 4 cm from the top of the tube. Use
the Allen wrench provided to tighten the screws. Tighten them alternately so that they are completely fixed and pull the lever to activate the
brake.

4. Unscrew both locking screws on the frame and insert the backrest tubes into the frame as shown in Figure 4. Retighten the locking screws
and then move the armrests downwards into position for use.
5. Take the seat cushion and push it with the recess in the rear cross bar of the frame and once positioned press the seat firmly down into the
frame until it is fixed. Make sure that the clips on the underside of the seat fit fully into the frame.
6. To attach the footrests, insert them into the tube (1) and rotate them forward (2) as shown in Figure 6. You can use the footrest locking lever
to lock and unlock the footrest so that the footrests can be left open to exit. They can also be easily removed and replaced.
7. To adjust the height of the footrest, unscrew the connection at the back of the footrest tube (1) as shown in Figure 6, set the correct height
(2) and retighten the screws (3). IMPORTANT: The adjustment is correct if the user's legs form 45° when placing the feet. You can lift the
footrest base if you wish to get out of the chair and easily fold down again.
