EQUIPMENT WARRANTY FOR END-USERS
The dealer guarantees the equipment for a period of three years against any
non-compliance detected in the equipment, as stipulated in Royal Decree
1/2007 of 16 November (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence
of Consumers and Users).
The warranty includes the repair and replacement of defective parts by
personnel authorised by the Dealer or the Official Technical Assistance Service
(TAS), at the place of installation or in their workshops. The warranty includes
any labour and shipping costs that may be incurred.
The dealer will not be liable for parts subject to natural wear and tear, lack of
maintenance, knocks or other non-conformities resulting from improper use of
the equipment or improper use within the operating conditions and limits
specified by the manufacturer of the equipment. Likewise, the warranty will not
be effective in cases of mishandling and misuse of the equipment, or in those
cases in which it has been modified or repaired by personnel outside the
distribution company or the official TAS.
Under no circumstances does the warranty cover any water loss or leakage of the
equipment or any damage derived from it. Parts replaced under warranty shall
remain the property of the dealer.
The dealer will be liable for any non-compliance of the equipment when related
to the origin, identity or suitability of the products, according to their nature and
purpose. Taking into account the features of the equipment, in order for the
warranty to cover the non-compliance, it is essential that the technical
conditions of installation and operation of the present warranty sheet are
fulfilled, as well as the invoice or purchase receipt. Failure to comply with these
conditions may result in the absence of warranty, taking into account the
importance of the intended use of the equipment and the operating conditions
and limits under which the equipment must operate.
The dealer guarantees that the equipment installed is suitable for improving the
quality of the water to be treated in particular, according to the features of the
equipment and the regulations in force.
The installer and/or dealer guarantees the correct installation and setup of the
equipment, according to the manufacturer's instructions and current
regulations, and will also be responsible for any non-compliance derived from
incorrect application, installation or setup of the equipment.
For any warranty claim, the purchase invoice must be presented. The 3-year
period is calculated from the purchase of the equipment from the dealer.
If you experience any problems with your equipment during the warranty
period, please contact your dealer.
