Turn the cart upright. To lock the Drop Leaf into an erect position, swivel the Metal Levers (V)
toward the front of the cart so the levers completely block the cross bar. To unlock, turn the levers
toward the back of the cart and completely away from the cross bar. See Figures 9, 9a and 9b.

Using the predrilled holes as guides, use the provided hex wrench (T or ZH) of your choice to
attach the Cart Handle (I) to the cart with two 6x40mm Hex Bolts (P). See Figures 10 and 10a.
