Problem
The lifting device can oper-
ate downwards but not
upwards.
The lifting device feels
weak.
If the battery is in the
charger but is not charged,
the lamp on the charger
flashes red.
Possible cause
The battery is poorly
charged.
The lifting motor is warm,
this is indicated with a red
continuous light and one
beep.
The battery is poorly
charged.
The battery is worn.
The battery or the charger
is overheated.
The battery or the charger
is too cold.
The contact plates on the
battery are dirty.
The contact pins on the
charger are dirty.
The battery is broken.
Action
Charge the battery.
Reduce the frequency of
the number of lifts and/or
lower the ambient
temperature.
Charge the battery.
Replace the battery.
Let the battery or the charg-
er become cold at least one
hour at room temperature.
Let the battery or the charg-
er become warm at least
one hour at room
temperature.
Remove the battery. Make
sure that the two contact
plates on the battery are
clean and undamaged.
Remove the battery. Make
sure that the two contact
pins on the charger are
clean and undamaged.
Recycle the battery accord-
ing to local regulations for
Lithium-ion batteries. Re-
place with a new battery
from Binar Handling AB.
