GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Standard Warranty:
It lasts for 2 years, starting from the date of purchase. Attention, the user must be a person (or company) who
acquires the product for personal use, with no intention of subsequent resale.
Return/Workshop guarantee:
Applicable only to screens purchased in France. Warranty repairs are only processed for France. For other
countries, please contact your reseller to find out about the services offered.
Coverage under warranty: This includes the repair, the replacement of defective parts or an exchange of the
screen for a model with equivalent characteristics and performance, at no additional cost. A warranty intervention
does not extend the duration thereof.
In the event of a breakdown, contact our French Hotline at:
(0.10€/minute + Price of a call, excluding any additional costs depending on your operator)
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Defective Pixel(s): Defective pixels according to the ISO standard followed by Spirit of Gamer

Foreign body embedded under the screen: insects such as thrips and other foreign bodies, such as
o
dust, hair...
Damage or destruction due to force majeure or environmental influences (humidity, electric shock,
o
dust, etc.)
Improper storage or operation, particularly failure to follow the instruction manual, missing items
o
evidenced by faulty software or faulty installation.
Damage caused by opening by an unauthorized person.
o
Mechanical damage, not caused by hidden transport damage.
o
"Burnt" image, reduced backlight brightness in LCD screens for continuous operation (for details, see
o
product specifications and user manual).
Customer misuse.
o
Repair on any unit whose serial number has been removed.
o
If any of the above exclusions apply, Spirit of Gamer reserves the right to charge the customer the
o
corresponding charges.
The customer ensures that the defective screen is properly packed in its original packaging.
o
No liability is assumed for loss of use or consequential damage.
o
Damage caused by improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender.
o
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOP RETURN AND RETURN:
The original packaging (cardboard box, protections) must be available for any warranty claim. If
o
necessary, packaging can be ordered for €50.00 incl. VAT.
The defective screen must be delivered to the named carrier.
o
Pickup, repair and return usually takes 3 weeks to 1 month.
