ON / OFF

Turns the kettle on/off.
80°C / 176°F
White
•
Sets the kettle to 80°C / 176°F, the ideal temperature for white tea.
85°C / 185°F
Green
•
Sets the kettle to 85°C / 185°F, the ideal temperature for green tea.
90°C / 195°F
OOLONG
•
Sets the kettle to 90°C / 195°F, the ideal temperature for oolong tea.
95°C / 205°F
COFFEE
•
Sets the kettle to 95°C/ 205°F, the ideal temperature for coffee.
100°C / 212°F
•
Sets the kettle to 100°C / 212°F to boil water. This is the ideal temperature for black tea.
HOLD TEMP
•
Starts or cancels Hold Temperature Mode to maintain desired temperature
(see page 5).
•
Press and hold for 8 seconds to turn kettle sounds on/off (see page page 6).
BEFORE FIRST USE
Water Test
Perform the Water Test before using your kettle to make sure it's working properly. Do not
drink the water that is boiled during this test.

Remove all packaging from your kettle and its accessories.
2.
Completely unravel the power cable and place the power base on a flat, level, stable
surface.

Fill the kettle with water to the "MAX" line
firmly to make sure the lid fits securely.

The kettle will automatically turn off once it has finished boiling the water. Allow it to
cool, then pour out the water. Rinse thoroughly 2–3 times with cold water.
