the ultimate size of the
foam head. The more
upright you hold the
glass, the higher the
foam head becomes.

Fill the glass until the
beer almost flows over
the rim of the glass.
Serving a freshly poured beer

Dry the bottom of the glass by passing it over a cloth.

Use a clean beer mat for your guest.

Pick up the glass in the middle and serve the beer on the
beer mat. Make sure the beer brand logo (if present on the
glass) faces your guest.
