USE
1.
Place the appliance on a dry, flat surface and ensure there is adequate ventilation.

Turn the thermostat knobs to "OFF". Put the mains plug in the wall socket. The indication lights
around the thermostat knobs will turn white.

Turn the thermostat to the position required for the food to be cooked. This goes from 1 to a
maximum of 5. The appliance will start to heat up. The indication light will turn blue. You can set the
different cooking zones individually. Each zone has its own thermostat. The grooved grill cooking
zone reaches the highest temperature and is ideal for searing meat.

The indication light will change from blue to white when the unit has reached the set position. The
appliance will emit a beep when it reaches the set position.

Place the food on the appliance.

When your mixture has finished grilling, remove the food from the appliance using a plastic or
wooden spatula. Never use metal objects as these can damage the non-stick coating.
7.
After use, turn the thermostat to the "OFF" position. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.

Lightly grease the griddles for best results.

Defrost frozen food before putting it on the appliance.
·
The excess fat or moisture from the food is collected in the drip tray.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

After use, turn the thermostat to the "OFF" position. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down completely.

It is recommended that all food residues be removed with a wooden spatula or a heat-resistant plastic
utensil while the appliance is still hot. If the residues dry up, they will be harder to remove.

Remove the griddles from the appliance using the release buttons. The griddles are dishwasher-safe.
·
The griddles can also be cleaned with hot water and a mild detergent. Dry the griddles thoroughly
before placing them back in the appliance.
·
Clean the outside of the appliance using a clean, damp cloth.
Dry the appliance thoroughly. Never use aggressive or abrasive
cleaning products.

Never submerge the appliance, the electric cord or the plug into
water or another liquid.
·
The catch basin for fat and moisture and the windscreen can
be removed for easy cleaning. Clean it in hot water using a mild
detergent. These parts are dishwasher safe.
