Once you have lifted the vehicle, press the on/off swich of the
machine.
The cleaning agent will enter the transmission system.
When the cleaning agent is visible in the new oil inspection
glass, start the engine.
Observe the flow through the two inspection glasses.
As soon as the cleaning agent is visible in the old oil inspection
glass, switch off the machine and turn the left flow control
switch into the position "OIL CLEANING".
Allow the engine to run for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, starting from first gear, shift through the gears
in ascending order.
Oil exchange cycle
This process consists of recycling and refilling the vehicle with
new oil.
Loosen the return line under the gearbox and automatic
transmission cooler.
Connect the black hose (return line) to the oil return connection
of the gearbox (if necessary, use the adaptors provided). Con-
nect the other end of the black hose to the return connection
of the machine.
Connect the red hose (feed line) from the machine to the oil
inlet of the radiator (you may need the adapters provided).
Open the filler cap on the top of the machine and fill it with
double the amount of new oil for changing.
Turn the left flow control switch to the position "NEW OIL
CHANGE".
Turn the right flow control switch to the position "NEW OIL
CHANGE".
Press the on/off switch of the machine. The pump pressure
presses the new oil into the gearbox.
When you can see the new oil in the inspection glass, start the
engine.
During this process, observe the flow rate of the new and old
oil. Both should flow at the same rate.
If the used oil flows faster than the new oil, adjust the speed
with the valve.
You can adjust the speed using the oil return valve:
During the oil change, starting from first gear, shift through the
gears in ascending order.
Leave each gear engaged for 10 seconds.
During this process, observe the oil color through both inspec-
tion glasses. As soon as the oil in both glasses has the same
color, switch off the engine and the main switch of the machine.
The oil change is finished.
Reconnect the oil drain hose of the gearbox back to the auto-
matic transmission cooler inlet.
MAINTENANCE
1.
Empty all the hoses that were used in a suitable oil
disposal tank.
1.
When you are finished using the machine, coil the red
and black hoses and place them in the machine side
bracket. Return the adapter fittings and hoses to their
case. Store the case on the back of the machine.
1.
If the oil flow through the machine becomes very slow,
even with increased air pressure, replace the machine
oil filter.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
When turning on the power
switch of the machine, it
does not work.
The hoses are connected,
but no oil flow from the flow
tubes is visible, even with
increased air pressure.

Solution
Check that the power indica-
tor is illuminated.
Check that the pump is
working.
Check that the flow and
return control switches are
set correctly.
