Before Use
Place the Ratchet Support Bar into the Support Frame
opening. Located next to the Safety Lock Pin hole, bend
the Ratchet Support Bar Locking Tab inwards. When the
jack stand is lifted by the Ratchet Support Bar, the Sup-
port Frame and Ratchet Support Bar should not separate.
Inspect the Jack Stand for cracked welds and damage,
loose, or missing parts prior to use.
Any Jack Stand that appears to be damaged, badly worn,
operates improperly, or has been subjected to an abnor-
mal load or shock MUST NOT BE USED.
Do not use Jack Stands to permanently support a load or vehicle.
Operating Instructions
Supporting a Load
Make sure the vehicle weight does not exceed the Jack
Stand capacity. Only apply the load vertically.

Pull up on the Ratchet Release Handle to lower the
Ratchet Support Bar.
Chock the wheels on the vehicle that are not being lifted.
Raise the vehicle to slightly above the minimum height of
the Jack Stands.

Position the Jack Stands under the recommended vehicle
manufacturer's lifting points. Make sure the Jack Stands
are located at the same position on each side of the
vehicle.
Raise the Ratchet Support Bar until they are just below
the recommended lifting points. Make sure the load is
centered over the Jack Stand Saddle.
Insert the Safety Locking Pin into the opening, ensuring it
goes through the Jack Stand to the other side.
Slowly and gently lower the vehicle onto the Jack Stand.
Repeat on other side. Make sure both Jack Stands are set
to the same height.
Before beginning work, ensure the vehicle is stable and
fully secure on the Jack Stands.
Lowering a Load
Remove all tools, parts, wheels, etc. from underneath the
vehicle.
Raise the vehicle to above the height above the Jack Stand
setting. Make sure the vehicle is no longer supported by the
Jack Stands.
Remove the Safety Lock Pin from the Support Frame.
Raise the Ratchet Release Handle on the Jack Stand to lower
the Ratchet Support Bar.
Remove the Jack Stands from underneath the vehicle or
load. Slowly and gently lower the vehicle to the ground.
