Q：Why is the reading and writing speed slow when actual use, can't
reach speed of USB 10Gbps?
A: After rigorous testing, the read and write speed normally can reach the
standard transmission speed of USB 10Gbps. It is recommended to
confirm whether your connected USB host port is the USB 10Gbps
version. If not, there will be only the speed of USB 5Gbps/USB2.0
accordingly.
Q: In the Windows computer, after the new hard disk is installed, why
can't find a mobile hard disk or the corresponding disk?
A: When the new hard disk is used for the first time, the newly added disk
is initialized and formatted and partitioned in the "computer management"
- "disk management", and then the mobile hard disk can be used
