A: Windows7/8 needs to install NVME support patch. The version of
Windows 8.1 has an integrated NVMe driver.
Q: About the dormant time of this product?
A: By default, it auto-enters the dormant state after 30 minutes of no
readings/writings. It automatically wakes up when there is a reading and
writing operation without manual intervention. However, if the operating
system itself has a hibernation mechanism, this product will give priority
to obeying the operating system hibernation instructions, there may be
inconsistencies with the 30-minute hibernation time of this product, which
is a normal phenomenon.
Note
1. When using this product, please pay attention to static electricity (it is
recommended to place your hands on the metal items and discharge).
2. This M.2 SSD enclosure uses the M-Key interface, which belongs to
the PCIE & NVME protocol channel. When installing M.2 SSD, please
check the interface and protocol channel of the hard disk.
3. Although the USB port supports hot-plugging, when installing M.2
SSDs, be sure to do so with the power off.
4. When inserting the SSD/HDD, please be careful to move as gently as
