Problem
The oral irrigator is
not working.
The water pressure
is low during use.
The oral irrigator
only works for
a short time
after being fully
charged.
The charging
indicator does
not light up when
charging the unit.
Disposing of the unit

The oral irrigator is fitted with a recyclable rechargeable battery. When the oral irrigator
comes to the end of its service life, remove the battery and recycle or dispose of it according
to your local waste disposal regulations.

Please consult your local council should you have any waste-related questions.
Removing the rechargeable battery
Only disassemble the oral irrigator before disposing of it, as this will otherwise damage the
unit. Please unplug the unit before removing the battery.

Make sure that the battery is dead before removing it. To fully discharge the battery, press
the power button to start the oral irrigator and let it run until it stops automatically. Repeat
the operation several times until the battery dies.

Remove the water tank, then unscrew the two screws on the bottom cover with a Phillips
screwdriver.
Possible Cause
• The oral irrigator is
being used for the
first time or has not
been used for more
than 3 months.
• Something is
blocking the jet
tip. The jet tip is
deformed.
• The filter is clogged.
• The battery is
approaching the
end of its life.
• The oral irrigator
is not charging
properly.
• The mains plug has
not been connected
properly.
• Circuit malfunction.

Solution
• Please charge the oral irrigator for
more than 24 hours.
• Replace the jet tip.
• Clean the filter.
• Please contact the after-sales service.
• Please charge the oral irrigator for
more than 24 hours before using it.
• Please insert the mains plug correctly.
• Please contact the after-sales service.
