ASSEMBLY
1 MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
2 This tool comes completely assembled. There is no assembly required.
OPERATION
1 Loading your tool. The ET155™ accepts a full strip of Arrow staples.
a. Press Staple Pusher Release in direction of arrow as shown in figure 1. This will
release the staple pusher assembly figure 2. which will easily slide outward until it
reaches it's stop point. Do not try to force the pusher assembly out completely.
b. Insert a strip of staples into drop-in staple chamber with staple points facing up as
shown in figure 3.
c. Slide staple pusher assembly inward until it locks in place. Be sure trigger lock is
engaged before plugging cord into outlet.
2 To clear and clean staple cavity. Unplug the ET155™ staple gun and hold gun so
that nose is facing away from you. Lift and release Pusher Bracket at rear of tool
figure1. Slide Staple pusher assembly to expose staple chamber. Remove all staples
in chamber. To remove front of main frame, turn gun over so that side showing front
cover latch on frame is accessible. Grasp latch handle firmly and lift to release
figure4. Once larch handle is lifted, spring clip will automatically release front cover.
Pull off front cover of magazine to expose staple cavity figure 5.
3 Depth adjustment dial. The ET155™ comes with a convenient depth adjustment dial
Figure 6. When stapling, the depth adjustment dial makes it easy to switch between
hard & soft materials . Using your thumb, turn clockwise for more firing force (IE: for
harder woods) turn counter clockwise for less firing force (IE: for softer woods).
