Electronic or electric equipment and battery disposal
Your speaker and its charging accessories contain hazardous substances.
They must not be disposed of as unsorted household waste. They are subject
to specific local regulations. In particular, as the speaker and their accessories
were placed on the market after 13 August 2005, they are subject,
in the European Union, to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE).
In addition, the battery contained in your speaker is subject to Directive
2006/66/EC on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries
and accumulators. The above-mentioned crossed out wheeled bin symbol
indicates that the speaker and its charging accessories are subject
to these regulations.
The above-mentioned equipment must be collected separately. The correct
disposal of your old equipment, batteries or accumulators will help to prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment, animal and human health.
By recycling, reusing the materials or other forms of utilizing old devices,
you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.
Do not dispose of the above-mentioned equipment in a fire.
