TEST RUN
Once you have assembled your machine completely, it is then
time for a test run to make sure that the machine works
properly and is ready for operation.
The test run consists of verifying that the motor powers up
and runs correctly and the safety disabling key on the switch
works correctly.
During the test run if there is any unusual noise coming from
the machine or the machine vibrates excessively, stop the
machine immediately and disconnect from the power source.
Investigate to find out the problem with your machine.
See page-8 for troubleshooting.
TO TEST RUN THE MACHINE:
Make sure that you have read and understood the safety
instructions given in this user manual and that the machine
is setup properly.
Remove all tools and objects used during setup and cleared
away from the machine. Connect the cord to the power outlet.
Turn ON the machine and make sure the machine is running
correctly.
The machine should run smoothly with little or no vibration.
If there is any unusual noise or vibration during test run,
turn OFF the machine immediately.
Remove the safety key from the ON/OFF switch.
Try to start the machine by flipping the ON/OFF switch.

If the machine does not start, the switch safety key is working
properly.
If the machine starts with the safety key removed,
immediately stop the machine and check with our customer
service. Do not operate the machine until the safety key
is fixed.
To reset the switch, move the ON/OFF switch to OFF and
wait a few minutes. Then press the reset button. If the reset
button does not stay depressed, you will have to wait longer
for the motor to cool down before pressing it again.
