INSTALLATION
* Program the control unit before connecting it to the spigot
1°) Install 2 new batteries (1.5V AA alkaline) in the battery compartment.
2°) Test the device: turn the duration adjustment button to the "ON" position; after a
few seconds you should hear the device start up. Perform this operation on the two
channels.
3°) Use the "FREQUENCY" command to determine the interval between irrigation
cycles (every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 48, 72 hours or 1 week).
4°) Use the "RUN TIME" control to adjust the duration of each cycle
(1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes).
5°) Connect the 3/4" connector to the spigot.
6°) You can now open the spigot.
NOTE:
The control unit will start up at the end of the 1st set irrigation cycle.
EXAMPLE: If the device is programmed at 5 p.m. with a frequency of 1 hour, irrigation
will start at 6 p.m.
The device can be operated manually at any time by using the "ON/OFF" button.
After manual use, remember to switch the button back to the initial program.
IF THE TIMER IS NOT WORKING, CHECK:
- That the water supply spigot is open.
- That the batteries are not discharged (see battery indicator) or positioned
incorrectly.
- That the buttons are in the correct positions.
