warranty for the CrownWall
(anywhere in North America). This lifetime limited warranty extends only to
the first retail purchaser of the CrownWall
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Garage Royalty™ Products Inc. (hereafter CrownWall
Rack against defects in material or construction for the period of a limited
lifetime. Any defective CrownWall

Lifetime Limited Warranty Exclusions
The following items are not covered by the CrownWall
Warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, abuse, or misuse of CrownWall
Wall Rack.
- Damage caused by fire or accidents.
- Damage caused by accessories that are not CrownWall
not limited to: hooks, baskets, and shelving.
- Damage that may occur as a result of over-loading the CrownWall
Rack past the stated maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs (272 kg) evenly
distributed.
- The cost of all labor associated with installation.
- The cost of accessory materials (if applicable).
- The cost of return shipping for defective CrownWall
other products associated with the line of CrownWall
Limitations of Warranty
The above Lifetime Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty for the
CrownWall
®
Wall Rack. CrownWall
implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or otherwise. If you live in an area where consumer law
prohibits this disclaimer, the above lifetime limited warranty will not extend
the time period of any such implied warranty. Obtaining lifetime limited

your original proof of purchase and photos to illustrate the claimed defect.
