How to use
Filling the container:
1. Press both sides to remove the bottom case.
2. Unscrew the bottle counterclockwise, take out the sponge stick, and pour in an ethyl
alcohol solution, being careful not to exceed 4/5 of the container's capacity. Do not use
other disinfectants.
3. Put the sponge stick back, tighten the bottle clockwise, and replace the bottom case.
Daily use:
1. Short press the power button once (the blue light is always on), and the product will switch
on.
2. Place your hands / objects at 0-12 cm of the product, the spray nozzle will automatically
spray out sanitizer to sterilize hands / objects.
3. Short press the power button twice to switch off the device. If not used for over 24h, the
device will switch off automatically.
Charging:
1. Once switched on, if the indicator light is green, the battery is low.
2. Please charge the product using a 5V/1A power adapter.
3. The green light will flash while charging. When fully charged, the light will remain steady.
Note: The product supports working while charging, and it takes about 3h to fully charge.
Troubleshooting
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried
the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM
Not spraying.
Not spraying or spraying less.
CAUSE
There is not enough alcohol in the reservoir.
Battery is empty.
Sponge stick spring missing.
The sponge stick has reached the end of
its lifespan.
SOLUTION
Add alcohol to the reservoir.
Charge the battery as described.
Check if there's a spring at the bottom of the
sponge stick. If not, please contact Prozis.
Replace the sponge stick.
