Firstly check whether the temperature knob on the temperature sensor rod is adjusted and is pointed an "off",
see the following graphical representation. Then inset the plug into the socket.
3. Temperature Set According to Different Food
According to the cooking type, adjust the temperature as per your requirement.
Then the indicator light will light and the product will connect with power input automatically.

COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1.
When the temperature reaches the needed temperature after connected with power in few minutes, the indicator light
will turn off automatically. Then cooking can be started after brush a thin coat of oil on the surface of the roasting plate.

If you need to preserve the heat of food, adjust the temperature knob on the temperature rod to the position of heat
preserving. But long time of preserving will cause the food lost its original taste.
3.
Due to the automatic adjustment, there is trivial noise during using. That is not malfunction. Don't worry about it.
4. Food suited for frying or roasting by plain roasting plate:
vegetable, fruit, etc.

Food suited for frying or roasting by waving roasting plate:
steak, burger patty, barbecue, etc.
6.
Put a little water on the oil conserving plate before using in order to wash it easily after using.
