ILLUMINATION:
Halogen lamp 6V 30W, power input (220-230V 50 Hz.) incorporated, interruptor and
intensity control potenciometer. The electrical components are installated at the rear of the
microscope. The lamp replacement is easily done through the lid at the bottom. A little knob
helps to access to the compartment where it is the alojen lamp.
Precondenser that avoids masive dispersion light
OBJECTIVES:
They consist of a system of lens. We can talk about two kind of objectives:
Dry objectives: There is only air between the objective and the preparation.
Immersion objectives: It is necessary to place a liquid between the lens and the prepara-
tion that allows a higher luminosity
Dry objectives: 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, 60X
Immersion objective: 100x.
The 40x, 60x and 100x objectives are retractil, they are provided with a device that avoids
its break in case that they get in contact with the sample, avoiding the objective gets damaged.
- Achromatic: 4x, 10x, 40x, 100x
- Semiplan achromatic: 4x, 10x, 40x, 100x
- Plan achromatic: 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 100x
The characteristics of each objective are codified according to the following numbers:
MAGNIFICATIONS
WORKING DISTANCE
NUMERICAL APERTURE
We can supply you with Achromatic, Semi plan and Plan Achromatic objectives. The dif-
ference between them is that both Semi plan and Plan corrects the spherical aberration
caused by the effect of a simple lens´ prism as the origin, with a punctual luminose focus, of
a caustic cape of beams, not a punctual image. It is corrected by sticking two or three lens of
different refraction or dispersión, in a higher grade plan than semiplan objectives.
You can choose one or another objective based on your requirements.
