Electric oil pump 12V
APPLIANCE:
The oil pump can use for motor oil. Pumping gasoline,
alcohols, solvents and other flammable liquids may
cause a fire! The pump is not intended for pumping
water! Read and keep the entire manual before the first
use of the product. The supplier shall not be held liable
for any damage resulting from failure to observe the
safety regulations and recommendations specified in
this manual. Use of the product for purposes other than
those for which it was intended shall cause the loss of
the user's rights to the guarantee and under warranty.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Read these instructions carefully before using the
product.
• Must only be used by adults of sound judgement.
• The pump must never be modified.
• The pump may only be used to pump the engine oil
• It is prohibited to pump any other oils and liquids
with this pump.
• Always be careful when connecting the battery. Risk
of sparking and fire. Also risk of deadly explosion.
• Do not immerse the pump in liquid.
• Pumped, used oil must be disposed of in compliance
with local regulations.
• The pump must not be stored with oil in the ducts.
• The pump must not be used near heat sources, and
absolutely not near naked flames. Risk of fire and
explosion.
• The pump must not be operated for more than 30
consecutive minutes.
• The pump must only be used for its intended purpose.
• This product must not be used if it is damaged.
• Do not allow children to play with this product.
• Never leave the pump unattended when in operation
• Do not use in areas where flammable liquids are
stored or where flammable fumes/gases can occur.
• Store in a dry place when not in use.
• Make sure the work area is well lit.
• Engine oil being pumped should have a temperature of
40-60
C.

• Disconnect the battery before carrying out any
maintenance on the pump.
• Only use original spare parts if the pump needs to
be repaired.
MAINTENANCE:
Clean the appliance with a damp cloth and, if necessary,
washing-up liquid. Never use solvents or chemicals. This
can damage the appliance.
USE:
Draw up engine oil as follows:
1. Warm up the engine until the oil reaches 40ºC to 60ºC.
2. Remove the dipstick.
3. Insert the suction probe into the hole for the dipstick
until it reaches the lowest point in the oil pan. Then
start the pump and draw out the oil.
CONNECTION AND STARTING:
1. Turn the power switch to "OFF".
2. First connect the black clip to the battery's negative
terminal.
3. Then connect the red clip to the battery's positive ter-
minal.
4. Install the suction hose and pressure hose on the
pump; where applicable, also connect the suction
probe.
5. Position the pressure hose in the vessel in which the
oil is to be collected.
6. Place the suction hose in place of the oil dipstick.
7. Start the pump with the power switch.
STOPPING AND DISCONNECTING:
1. Stop the pump with the power switch.
2. Disconnect the battery clips.
3. Disconnect the suction hose and pressure hose
from the pump; where applicable, also disconnect
the suction probe.
4. Clean the parts. See "Maintenance".
5. Start the pump with the power switch.
CAUTION!
Set the pump switch to "OFF" when connecting the
battery clips.
The pump is only used to pump engine oil.
Pumping other substances is forbidden. In particular,
do not use the device to pump:
• fuel (petrol, diesel, liquid gas) or other fl ammable
liquids - risk of explosion
• water - no lubrication of the pump
• transmission oil - too high viscosity
• brake fluid - corrosive substance
Before pumping the oil out, warm it up by starting the
vehicle's engine. It is forbidden to pump oil while the
engine is running.
