3. PACKING AND MOVING
Before unpacking the product, memorize the position of each
accessory in case you need to repack it in the future.
Do not lift or pull the door or the door handle during transport and do
not use it as a support.
When moving, the appliance must not be tilted more than 45 degrees
(the angle with respect to the vertical direction). Please avoid
subjecting the appliance to strong vibrations and bumps, as these
could affect its operation. Never place the appliance horizontally or
upside down. Place it on its base and move it to the desired location
using its castors.
4. INSTALLATION
Before connecting your freezer to the power supply, check that
the voltage indicated on the product label corresponds to the
voltage in your home. A different voltage could damage the
appliance.
The appliance must be grounded. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of
ungrounded use.
The freezer must be placed on a completely flat surface; allow 5
and 10 cm on each side of the appliance, 7'5 cm between the back
and the wall, and allow 10 cm between the top of the appliance
and the ceiling. An incorrect location could increase the noise of
the appliance.
Choose a well-ventilated place, where the appliance is not
exposed to sunlight, high temperature or humidity, as the latter
may cause stains.
It is recommended to install the appliance in a place where the
ambient temperature is between 16ºC and 38ªC. Outside this
range, the internal temperature of the appliance may vary from
that set by the user.
