Toast, Gluten Free, Bagel, Frozen
NOTE: Use either toasting slot when toasting only 1 piece of bread
or toaster food. Always use slices or foods that fit freely into
toasting slots.
1. Add bread, bagels, English muffins, gluten free bread/toaster foods,
frozen bread, bagels, English muffins, or gluten free bread/toaster foods
to the toasting slots. (Figure 2). Press the pulsing
2. Adjust either LEFT or RIGHT or both of the browning levels from 4 (
MEDIUM by pressing + or - (Figure 3).
3. Press either LEFT or RIGHT functions: GLUTEN FREE, BAGEL or FROZEN
(Figure 4). A tone will sound. The
FUNCTION buttons will illuminate when active. All other buttons vanish
when not in use.
4. Lower either LEFT or RIGHT or both of the toasting levers to
begin toasting (Figure 5).
5. While toasting, the chosen LEFT or RIGHT or both browning level
lighted bars will pulse and count down to a single light as the
cycle progresses.
NOTE: The LEFT or RIGHT or both browning level indicators will act as a
progressive timer to show you how much time remains until the toasting
cycle will be completed.
6. To toast frozen bagels and gluten-free bread:
•
Press the BAGEL or GLUTEN FREE button first. The BAGEL or GLUTEN FREE
buttons will remain illuminated and the FROZEN button will begin
to flash.
•
Press the FROZEN button. The BAGEL or GLUTEN FREE and FROZEN buttons
will be illuminated.
•
Adjust the browning level as needed.
•
Lower the LEFT or RIGHT toasting lever to begin toasting.
7. At the end of the toasting cycle, 2 audible tones will sound; and either
LEFT or RIGHT or both toasting carriages will rise automatically.
8. Remove bread or toaster food from the toasting slot(s). Use care as the
top of the Toaster will still be hot.
CAUTION: Never use a fork or sharp-edged utensil to remove toast,
