IMPORTANT CAUTIONS
1. During the drying process, proper ventilation of the device and free air flow between food
on the trays must be maintained.
2. Trays cannot be loaded with heavy food.
3. The longest time for continuous operation shall not exceed 24 hours, or else the life of
the unit might be affected. Let the appliance cool down after every 24 hours of work.
4. When the product is powered and works properly, the fan's operation is audible.
5. Never add any water or other liquid to this product.
6. The food shall be pre-treated before drying; e.g. cleaning, slicing, striping, seeding.
7. To increase the space between trays, the top tray tabs should be set on the lower tray
supports.
8. It is recommended to use only trays with food on them.
9. Do not place anything on the cover. The cover must be closed during the drying process.
10. The dried food, if not be eaten for the time being, shall be sealed into a container or
plastic bag. Never pack hot or warm products, let it cool completely.
11. If after a week in the containers moisture will appear, it means that the products have not
dried enough and need to be dried again.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before use clean and wipe by cloth all dehydrator's trays.
2. Place pre-treated food on each tray, then put the trays vertically on the base of appliance
and close the cover.
3. Connect power cord to the socket and press the ON/OFF button.
4. Use the
button and the knob to set desired time and temperature of drying. Press
Start/Stop button to start work.
5. Once the food drying is completed the food dryer will emit characteristic sound signal,

6. Turn off the unit by pressing ON/OFF button and unplug the unit from the electrical socket.
7. Remove the dried food and clean the trays and liquid collecting chamber.
