ATTACH THE SANDING SHEETS
OR PADS
Remove any dust or debris from the sanding plate to attach a
new sanding sheets.
1. Align the pointed tip and rounded edges of the sanding
sheet or pad with the pointed tip and rounded edges of the
hook-and-loop pad.
2. Put the sanding sheet with the Velcro facing up on the
dust box.
3. Carefully push the fuzzy side of the sanding sheet against
the pad as tightly as possible.
Sanding sheets can be reused for the life of the sanding
abrasive.
8.4
REPLACE THE SANDING SHEETS
OR PADS
Remove any dust or debris from the sanding plate to attach a
new sanding sheets.
1. Pull the used sheet off the base.
2. Attach the desired sheet by pressing the sheet or pad onto
the base of the machine.
Use only approval replacement parts.
Replace a damaged sanding plate immediately.

SELECT THE SANDING PLATE
The machine can be equipped with sanding plate with
different hardness for different operation.
•
Medium (black): used for all sanding work,
•
Soft (grey, accessory): used for intermediate and fine
sanding, incl. on convex surfaces.
8.6
OPERATE THE MACHINE
1. Secure the workpiece to prevent it from moving under the
machine.
2. Put the machine on the workpiece to make sure that the
sanding sheet surface is in contact with the workpiece.
3. Start the machine and move it slowly on the piece. Make
continuous passes in parallel lines, circles, or crosswise
movements.
4. Stop the machine and wait until it comes to a complete
stop before removing it from the workpiece.
Unsecured workpieces can be thrown towards the operator
to cause injury.
Keep your head away from the machine and the sanding
area. Your hair can be drawn into the machnie to cause
injury.

MAINTENANCE
9.1
CLEAN THE MACHINE
The machine must be dry. Humidity can cause risks of
electrical shocks.
•
Clear the unwanted material out of the air vent with a
vacuum cleaner.
•
Do not spray the air vent or put the air vent in solvents.
•
Clean the housing and the plastic components with a
moist and soft cloth.
