2| User instructions
1. The training device is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The maximum load
capacity of 200 kg (440 lbs) must not be exceeded under any circumstances!
2. Use the Push-up Bars only when they are standing securely on both feet. Using just
a single Push-up Bar can lead to uncontrolled movements and thus to wrist injuries.
There is a risk that you will twist your wrist or even fall.
3. The safe and stable stand of the device must be ensured before starting the training, in
particular all fastening elements must be checked for damage before each use.
4. Do NOT unscrew the Push-up Bars and screw them together again! If they are scre-
wed together again, the stability of the Parallettes can no longer be 100 % guaranteed.
The Push-up Bars may wobble.
5. Before starting your training, always check that the object you are using to support
everything is stable and test its surface for defects. Whatever you use should be able
to withstand and support your weight and the forces that come with it.
6. If any defects are found, refrain from using it under all circumstances. Any damaged or
worn parts of the equipment pose a risk. Damaged parts should be replaced immedia-
tely. The usage of the equipment when it is damaged is strictly prohibited.
7. The equipment may only be used by one person.
8. No other attachments may be used for mounting the unit that are not provided by the
manufacturer.
9. Two Anti-Slip Pads are included in the scope of delivery as pare parts. If you change
the Anti-Slip Pads, please note the following instructions: Remove the old Anti-Slip
Pads as well as their residues. Clean the surface of the Push-up Bars feet so that you
get a surface which is clean and free of grease. As soon as the surface is dry, you can
stick on the Anti-Slip Pads and press them on firmly.
10. Please note that FT Fitness Technology GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused
during or as a result of improper assembly, use or overloading.
