4.4 GROUP CHECK FEATURE
The Black Diamond Recon X provides the option for a group check. This does not replace the standard mode
check, but is a useful feature with larger groups. In group check mode the receiving range is limited to 1 m.

The Regular group check is sufficient for checking modern, digital devices with 3 antennas.

4.5 HELPFUL SUPPORTING FEATURES
4.5.1 Interference protection

Auto-Antenna-Switch | Protection in SEND mode
If the transmitting antenna is impacted by external interference, the other antenna will take over the
transmit function. The BLACK DIAMOND RECON X always transmits with the strongest possible signal!

Signal Verification | Protection in SEARCH mode
Only a verified 457kHz signal is indicated. The BLACK DIAMOND RECON X is excellent at filtering out ghost
signals!
