PROGRAMME / GUIDE
Maximum regeneration for maximum performance: in order to
achieve the best results from your recovery programme, please note
the following points:
USE
You can use Reboots both before and after exercising, either to help
with relaxation and prevent soreness or to loosen up or muscles in
advance. The focus of the massage depends on the programme.
LENGTH AND FREQUENCY OF USE
The optimum length of use after training is between 30 and 50
minutes. Before training, use between 10 and 20 minutes to loo sen
up your muscles. There is not set maximum length or frequen cy. In
general, you may use your Reboots as lang as they feel good. After
exercise, it is best to use Reboots on a mid to high level of
pressure. Before exercising, you can use Reboots at a mid-level
pressure. As long as you feel comfortable during the massage
programme, it is fine to use higher pressure or langer programmes.
We recommend moving slowly between pressure levels in order to
find your optimal setting. More is not always better: the recovery
programme should never be unpleasant or painful. Further
