drive unit 4 . When the appliance is properly assembled, the built-in safety lock is
unlocked.
The unit has an overheating protection. This automatically switches the unit off when
the unit reaches an unsafe level. This is a protective measure. Unplug the appliance
from the mains and let it cool down for about 30 minutes before using it again.
1. Fill the ingredients into the blender jar 1 .
2. Insert the sealing ring 2 into the blade unit 3 .
3. Screw the blade unit 3 clockwise onto the blender jug 1 .
4. Place the blender jug 1 on the drive unit 4 .
Align the tabs of the blade unit 3 with the recesses of the drive unit 4 .
5. Turn the blender jug 1 clockwise until you feel it click into place.
6. Turn the control dial 5 to pulse level P or level 1.
For continuous blending, start with level 1 and increase to level 2 after a short
blending time if necessary.
7. Turn the control dial 5 to level 0.
Wait until the motor stops completely.
8. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
9. Turn the blender jug 1 anticlockwise and remove it from the drive unit 4 .
10. Turn the blender jug 1 upside down so that the blade unit 3 is on top.
11. Unscrew the blade unit 3 anticlockwise from the blender jug 1 .
12. Transfer the prepared smoothie into a glass.
Cleaning
WARNING!
Moisture in the device may cause a short circuit or electric shock.
- Before cleaning, remove the mains plug from the mains power
socket.
- Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
- Make sure that no water or other liquid gets inside the housing.
- After cleaning, carefully dry the device before using it again.
