8. Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning
Before cleaning and maintaining the product, disconnect the power plug from the

electrical outlet.
1. Remove all items from the appliance.
2. Defrost the freezer compartment (only for model TZW8650/TZW8650E/TZW8655)
( Defrosting).
3. Wipe the inside and outside surfaces using a damp cloth.
4. After cleaning, wipe all parts thoroughly and allow them to dry.
5. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaning agents, steel wool, or metallic utensils to
clean the interior or exterior of the appliance.
Tip: Acid substances can corrode the plastic parts of the appliance. Do not allow
this type of substances (e.g. lemon juice, juice from orange peels) to come in
contact with the appliance.
Defrosting (only for model TZW8650/TZW8650E/TZW8655).
Note:
Should the frost layer be more than 3-4mm thick, the appliance must be switched
off, defrosted, and cleaned.
1. Set the thermostat to the 0 position and disconnect the power plug from the electrical
outlet.
2. Place a drip pan under the bottom freezing compartment and wait until the ice thaws.
3. You can also use an ice shovel (not provided) to remove the ice.
WARNING!
Do not use pointed or sharp objects to remove the ice.
Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting
process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use any
heat sources, such as candles or heaters, to speed up defrosting.
Replacing defective bulb (only for model TLW8650/TLW8650E/TLW8655)
1. Loosen the screw on the bulb cover and remove the bulb cover.
2. Carefully unscrew the bulb and replace with new one of the same type (220 - 240V ~ ,
50Hz, max. 15W).
3. Reattach the bulb cover.
If you are in doubt how to replace the bulb, have it replaced by a qualified person.
Storing
Important!
When the cooler is not in use,
1. Set the thermostat to the 0 position and disconnect the power plug from the
electrical outlet.
2. Remove all items from the inside.
3. Clean and dry the inside.
4. Leave the door slightly open to avoid mold to grow.
