PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE
You are using the wrong
button.
Power failure
The unit is not connected
to the power supply.
The battery in the remote
control is empty.
The water tank is empty.
Air outlet is blocked by
something.
Air filter or water tank dirty
The floor on which the air
cooler stands is not
straight.

SOLUTION
You can switch the unit
on and off with the
ON/OFF button either
on the
button. Remote control
or directly on the
Switch on the unit.
Wait for the power
supply to be restored
Connect/plug in the
unit to the power
supply Wait 30
minutes!
Please change the
battery.
Fill the water tank.
Check and remove any
obstacles blocking the
airway.
Clean the air filter
and/or water tank
according to the
description.
Place the air cooler in
another location.
