Chapter 6 – Warranty and after-sales services
In case of faults or anomaly, contact the dealer immediately. Interventions and repairs on the appliance must be carried out exclu-
sively by qualified personnel.
In case of faults or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we guarantee the repair of the product free of charge only in
cases where:
• the appliance has been used correctly and for the purpose for which it was built;
• the appliance has not been tampered with;
• the receipt or purchase invoice is presented;
• for the purpose of replacement, it is necessary to keep the warranty and the original box of the product.
Components that prove normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
Therefore, all parts that have suffered accidental breakages or that are subject to wear, the aesthetic parts and resulting defects
are excluded from non-domestic use of the appliance, negligence in use, carelessness, improper installation or maintenance,
damage from transport and all those damages not attributable directly to the manufacturer.
If the product has a defect that can not be repaired within the warranty period, the device will be replaced free of charge.
In any case, if the part to be replaced by defect, breakage or malfunction is an accessory and / or a detachable part of the prod-
uct, Mediatec reserves the right to replace only the affected piece and not the entire product.
